Who we are — JF&C

Lary David supports JF&C clients in public affairs and strategic communication, with a particular focus on energy and mobility issues. Prior to joining JF&C, he worked for a communications consultancy specialising in energy, infrastructure and mobility. During his studies, he gained practical experience in the German Bundestag, during the Bundestag election campaign as well as at a German embassy in Central America. He completed his bachelor’s degree in social sciences in Berlin and Paris and his master’s degree in political science in Potsdam – both with a focus on political communication and international relations.

The former Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany (1998–2005) led the Green Party in its first participation in government, on both the state (Hesse) and federal levels. From 2006 to 2007, Mr Fischer held a professorship at Princeton School of Public and International Affairs (USA). Mr Fischer is a founding partner of Joschka Fischer & Company.

As Managing Director, Emil Graeber is responsible for the company's entire operations. He joined the company in 2018 and has since served numerous clients in public affairs and strategic communications. Emil Graeber studied Political Science, Administration & Public Policy with a focus on Political Communication and Strategy. In the years before JF&C, he was a strategy consultant and project manager at a full-service communications agency in Berlin.

The trained industrial clerk and former journalist served as spokesperson for the Green Party federal parliamentary group between 1994 and 2005. Mr Huber is a founding partner of Joschka Fischer & Company.

Felix Huber takes care of the finances at JF&C. He studies business administration and, as a passionate numbers person, is just the right fit for our team.

Magdalena prepares briefings, position papers and monitoring for our clients. Additionally, she manages the office and supports the executive management. She started her career in Munich at a film and television production company.

Magdalena completed her Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Communication Sciences at the University of Vienna. She then earned a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization on Environmental Governance, Sustainability & Climate Change at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Lukas Lentzler supports JF&C’s clients in the realm of public affairs, strategic positioning as well as political communication. Before joining JF&C, Lukas worked as a policy advisor and as a chief of staff in the German Bundestag. He focussed on federal policy issues relating to energy and climate protection. He also worked on state and local political issues. Prior to his time in the German Bundestag, Lukas earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics before successfully completing his Master's degree in International Political Economy at King's College London.

Anna-Christina Madaras prepares political analyses for JF&C clients and helps them to position themselves strategically. Prior to joining JF&C, she worked for a communications and consulting agency focusing on renewable energy, mobility and digitalisation. In addition to a study visit to Hungary, she gained practical experience at a governmental development organisation specialising in energy and natural resources. She completed her bachelor’s degree in political science and German philology in Göttingen and earned her master’s degree in international studies / peace and conflict studies in Frankfurt am Main, where she specialised in foreign policy and sustainability.

Fedor Pilipenko supports JF&C clients in the areas of public affairs and strategic communications and assists the management. Before joining JF&C, he worked in a public affairs and communications consultancy, where he specialized in energy, cybersecurity and industry. During his studies, he gained practical experience in the German Bundestag and in a demoscopic institute. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science and sociology in Munich, followed by a master's degree in Eastern European studies in Berlin, focusing on political theory and Russia studies.

Victoria Reichling supports JF&C clients by providing policy analysis and strategic positioning. Prior to joining JF&C, she worked as a Government Affairs & Public Policy Analyst for Amtrak in the US. Additionally, she honed her public affairs and public relations skills for leading food retail companies. Prior to Amtrak, Victoria earned a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University and a Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics from Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany.

Marten Steinbömer supports the JF&C team with research in the mandate business and prepares briefings, monitorings and analyses for clients.

Previously, Marten worked for a Berlin-based science foundation and in a research project at Humboldt University.

He also keeps the internal company sports group running.
